Summerhill School does not knowingly collect or maintain Personal Information from persons under 13 years of age. If Summerhill School learns that Personal Information of persons under 13 years of age has been collected on or through the site, Summerhill School will take the necessary and appropriate steps to delete the Personal Information.

Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential. We will only share your data with other third parties with your consent.

6. Information that is Automatically Collected

Such actions include but are not limited to posting materials, images, information, guides, builds, or other content that you post to or via the Sites (collectively “User Generated Content”). By consenting to this Privacy Policy, you hereby consent to Summerhill school’s use of such User Generated Content for any reason in connection with the Site, including the sharing of such User Generated Content on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media (“Social Media”) throughout the universe now known or hereafter devised.

9. How long do we keep your personal data?

Specifically, we retain data while it is still current and until you cease to be a member of the website or at request. Your data will then be deleted from our files with immediate effect.

Summerhill School reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time in its sole discretion. We will provide you with notice of such a change.
